Many of the poor, especially in underdeveloped areas, are in need of clothing. People are either naked, or in rags that barely cover them. Their clothes, what little they have, are most often not adequate. 

Clothes are desperately needed for all genders and ages (men, women, boys, girls and babies). During the winter season (mid-October to February) there is a great need for warm clothes such as scarves, gloves, socks, jumpers, coats and blankets. During the summer season (March to early-October) the necessities are, needless to say, all non-warm clothing items. Nightwear, underwear and shoes are greatly needed throughout the year. 

Material assistance is provided with the colossal help from generous donators overseas, in particular Greece and Australia. Such generosity has enabled the PSOC to distribute to the poor, of all genders, the appropriate clothing, according to the season.

Not only do we receive garments as part of material assistance; we also receive food, toys, study materials and stationary from donators. Such compassionate giving and kindheartedness allows the PSOC to continue its work. Without this continued help, the distribution of materials would be extremely difficult, if not impossible!
