From the time of the Society’s establishment in 1993, numerous vital humanitarian programs have been set up to help the needy in West Bengal. Developing these services has not been easy! Struggling to work in severe weather conditions and with the overwhelming number of destitute that so desperately need our help, the PSOC works nonstop, tirelessly.

The work cannot be completed quick enough to meet the demands of the impoverished, which at times becomes frustrating, yet simultaneously, the spirit and the will to help intensifies! With such enthusiasm and fervent dedication, coupled with love and compassion the work continues, but the need is always greater. 

Nevertheless, other than our own dedication, our work could not have survived without the spirited goodwill and kindheartedness of benefactors. Many donators have offered aid by providing financial and material assistance of clothes, study materials, and food. Without such help most projects would be impossible to continue!
